Can I just book my dog in for a full appointment?

No, we have a non-negotiable compulsory Meet and Greet session before any dogs can be booked in for other appointments. To find out more, click here.

Do you accept banned breeds?

Yes! Being able to provide our services to exempt dogs was an important factor for us when finding our insurance providers. To comply with Laws, we must be provided with a copy of the exemption certificate to pass on to our insurers before your first appointment. You must also follow any other rules set by Breed Specific Legislation and the Dangerous Dogs Act while on site.

Can I book my dog in today?

No. All appointments are booked in advance therefore on-the-day appointments are not available.

Where are you located?

We are situated in Elvington, Dover, UK. Our full address is not available online as we do not accept walk-in appointments. Appointments are booked in advance and the full address is provided upon successful booking.

Can I stay with my dog?

Yes, as long as it benefits your dog. If your dog is particularly worried about you leaving, you are welcome to stay. However, this is limited to 1 person per dog due to space restrictions. Additionally, if you negatively effect the grooming process for your dog you will be asked to leave and will not be able to stay for future appointments.

Do you groom in peoples homes?

No, we are currently based at our salon. However, this is something we may look to do in the future, so follow us on our socials or keep checking back on the website for future updates.
