Meet and Greets
Meet and Greets are a compulsory first appointment for any new client, whether the dog has been groomed elsewhere previously or not, and for any returning clients who have not had an appointment for over 6 months. These are incredibly important sessions for both your dog and myself.
Why are they important?
They help settle the dog into a new environment
They introduce the dog to their new groomer in a calm, positive and non-invasive way
I observe the dogs behaviour in the grooming environment to check how comfortable they are around the equipment and look for any mobility concerns
We get to talk about grooming goals and collect other important information
I can give you a realistic idea of how their next appointment will go
